6 year partnership with Cornerstone

What we did
Equinox Consulting have worked with Cornerstone over 6 years. They have no internal Unit4 expertise, except the understanding held within the Finance Team to the level of super user. At Equinox we provide Cornerstone with all roles required, from planning hot fixes, liaising with 3rd Party providers (e.g.: Unit4, Hosting Company, 3rd party software providers) to enable the smooth processing of all data between their other systems and Unit4.
We provide 1st, 2nd , & 3rd line support for Cornerstone and liaise directly with all staff within Cornerstone to provide the support that is needed. From setting up new users, through to managing outages and providing a full incident report when issues have happened.
We work together with Cornerstone and have formed a partnership between us, ensuring that we provide them with all the necessary information they need to make knowledgeable decisions they make within the business.
As part of this service, we also carry out any configuration design or upgrades that they need or want and will always provide them with a balanced view of the best decision for them as a business.
We have an exceptionally good working relationship with Cornerstone and are pleased to be in our sixth year as partners with them.
The service we are providing to Cornerstone is to become the external Unit4 ERP team, invested in them as a business to succeed and provide them a service that is exceptional with support SLA’s being hit 100% over the last 4.5 years for both response and resolve times.
The Challenge
With Cornerstone their design is extremely bespoke and was always causing issue where the users of the software would get extremely annoyed with the software. We have collaborated with them over the years to ease the issues that have been concerning the users, and now as we embark on the Unit4 SaaS Cloud migration the work which has been done with the users over the years is paying off. They are now championing the changes that are being required due to the migration which is great to see following all the hard work our team has done over the years.
